Memories and photographs
- Share a story you experienced or can describe accurately.
- Only submit photographs you have permission to share.
- Identify people, dates, and locations only when appropriate.
- Avoid private contact, health, financial, or identifying information.
Family review
Every submission will remain private until reviewed. The family may lightly edit for clarity, request more context, decline publication, or remove content later.
Media and privacy
- Up to ten photographs and one video and audio recording may accompany a memory.
- Private originals are preserved; approved, metadata-stripped derivatives are used publicly.
- Do not submit identity documents, payment details, passwords, private medical records, or files unrelated to Wilson’s memorial.
- Use the correction/removal form if you are pictured, named, or concerned about private information.
Consent and contact
Submit only content you own or have permission to share. Contact details are used only for submission-related communication and are not displayed publicly. Other people pictured may ask the family to remove a photograph.
