This memorial is designed to publish only family-approved content and the minimum information needed to tell each story.
Published memories may show a contributor display name, approved relationship, story, location, date, and photographs. Email addresses, phone numbers, submission references, and moderation statuses are never public.
Contributor contact details, consent records, original stories, original files, clarification history, and content requests remain protected by server-side authorization and row-level security. Administrators sign in through Supabase Authentication.
Pending files are stored in private quarantine and are available only through limited signed access. Approved, metadata-stripped derivatives may be copied to public storage. The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile and keyed hashes of network and browser identifiers for abuse controls; raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored by the application.
Incomplete memory text and private upload references may be saved in this browser for up to thirty days. File contents are never placed in local storage. Transactional email is used for submission, clarification, publication, guestbook, and content-request communication.
This website does not collect payment details. Fundraiser links redirect to the official GoFundMe website.
Private correction or removal requests are sent through a server-controlled pathway and are not readable by anonymous visitors.
